Who We Are
A small independent company headed by Tim Ashbee. Tim has 10 years experience working all over the UK with Hot Tubs and Swim Spas. He is fully trained in Bishta, Water hygiene and Legionella Control. DBS Checked.

Install, Service, Repair & Maintain Hot Tubs and Swim Spas for Holiday Lettings, Luxury Chalets & Private Homes.

Prices and Range of Services From Our Experienced and Trained Spa Engineer
Hot Tubs and Swims Spa Installs are priced per job - Full Service for your Hot Tub from £220 (Torbay customers £200) Refresh from £100 - Winterise £100.
Maintenance and Repairs from £30 / £45 call out depending on location. Please see below for full details.
FULL SERVICE
As weekly refresh and also:
- Extra long antibacterial flush
- Buff spa shell
- Treat outer cover with quality UV/weather protection
- Inspect heater, pumps & electrical connections
- Inspect tub components & pipe work
- Document advisories
- Offer advise and instructions on maintenance/procedures/water balance/chemicals & functions.
TORBAY CUSTOMERS £200
SWIM SPA FULL SERVICE FROM £350
WEEKLY REFRESH
As required for holiday lets, rental properties and domestic customers:
- Antibacterial system flush
- Drain water
- Remove residual water and debris
- Clean shell
- Treat and rinse filters
- Check cover, steps, side panels, head rests, jets and clean as necessary
- Refill with fresh water
- Prime pumps/test functions
- Re-balance chemicals
- Document procedures and water balance levels
- Leave tub heating to the desired temperature
- Supply chemicals and accessories at sensible prices
- Back up break down cover can be arranged (additional costs)
- Priority/out of hours visits for regular refresh customers
- Provide information and accessories to allow compliance with hot tub letting regulations
WINTERISE
- Anti bacterial system flush
- Drain down
- Remove 100% of residual water
- Protect pumps and components form frost damage
- Clean shell and jets
- Deep clean cover
- Wrap Hot Tub
- Isolate electrical supply to prevent damage
